  Terrible service. Female employee knew nothing about their products and services. Instead tells us the full retail price of a phone and says we can't do payments unless they run a credit check even though we are existing customers. Went to a real Mobile store and didn't have to deal with any of this nonsense and walked out with 2 brand new samsung s8s the same day

  Very helpful to me thank you, employees know there stuff, plus when i waited for my turn because there was 2 people before me, one employee help an older Chinese couple in Chinese maybe, and the other helped a older Mexican couple in Spanish. It was pretty cool, because they where quick, and for a minute i thought, sometimes our older folks need a little extra time explaining technologies, but they was patient and quick
