- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 28, 2020, by Ivet MasCustomer service in this Nordstrom is nonexistent. I walked up to 2 different counters and it was highly visible no one wanted to work. Upstairs in the women clothing department, 2 Asian ladies behind the counter just kept speaking their language and ignored me for a good 40 seconds, then asked me to wait, then kept talking to each other for another minute, then ( with an attitude) asked me if I needed to return something to walk to the next counter. Never coming here again.
