  The level of service I received from Express by their employee Graciano was top-notch. I've always liked the clothes at Express, but I have not known the professional care and customer attention that I was missing as a regular customer - until Graciano helped me pick out a suit. He walked me through pricing and the different suit fits that Express offers. Once I was in the fitting room he was very attentive to check on me as to how everything was fitting. He kept bringing me different size suits and different size shirts just because I wasn't sure; it was obvious I was trying not to bother him, but he kept insisting that is what he is there for. I told him I had an interview the same day and he offered to steam the suit and shirt for free! I don't know how this is only his/the Arcadia store location first review on google. I honestly doubt that I would have looked as sharp as I did had it not been for the boutique level service from Graciano at Express in Arcadia.
