The customer service here is fantastic. The staff there are genuine guys who honestly just love knives and everything about the knife community. They will go out of their way for you to be satisfied. Recently special ordered my Benchmade knife and with ease, they got it for me and supplied me with a custom pocket clip! The knife sharpener guy there is also very experienced.
